HOTELS AND SHUTTLES

For transportation between offsite hotels and the Gaylord:
  • The Red Line Shuttle Route services the DoubleTree, Holiday Inn, Tru by Hilton, and Courtyard Airport Hotel.
  • The Blue Line Shuttle Route services Hyatt Place and AVID Hotel.
Shuttle buses arrive every 15 minutes during the following times:
Sunday: 7 AM – 11 AM, 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Monday: 7 AM – 11 AM, 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Tuesday: 7 AM – 11 AM, 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Wednesday: 7 AM – 3PM

ENTRANCE AND REGISTRATION

Upon entering the convention center, please provide either digital or paper proof of one of the following:
  • COVID-19 vaccination administered more than two weeks prior to first day of attendance OR
  • A negative test result within 48 hours prior to attending event
Then, proceed to the Registration Desk located in Rockies Square.

MEALS

Breakfast will be served in the Colorado Ballroom Foyer for full-registration attendees from 8–9 AM. Lunch will be served in the Exhibit Hall. The Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center has many evening dining options.
