For transportation between offsite hotels and the Gaylord:
  • The Red Line Shuttle Route services the DoubleTree, Holiday Inn, Tru by Hilton, and Courtyard Airport Hotel.
  • The Blue Line Shuttle Route services Hyatt Place and AVID Hotel.
Shuttle buses arrive every 15 minutes during the following times:
Sunday: 7 AM – 11 AM, 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Monday: 7 AM – 11 AM, 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Tuesday: 7 AM – 11 AM, 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Wednesday: 7 AM – 3PM

ENTRANCE AND REGISTRATION

Upon entering the convention center, please provide either digital or paper proof of one of the following:
  • COVID-19 vaccination administered more than two weeks prior to first day of attendance OR
  • A negative test result within 48 hours prior to attending event
Then, proceed to the Registration Desk located in Rockies Square.
